Interior Protection Q & A
What is interior protection?
Interior protection is a specialist treatment applied to your fabric, leather and carpet mats to help prevent staining, wear and everyday damage. It makes the surfaces easier to clean and keeps the cabin looking fresher for longer.
What areas of the interior can be protected?
We can protect fabric seats, leather seats, carpets, mats and most interior trims. Leather receives a conditioning and protective layer, while fabrics and carpets get a hydrophobic barrier to resist spills.
How long does interior protection last?
Most treatments last 12–18 months, depending on usage and cleaning habits. Leather protection can last longer with regular maintenance.
Is interior protection worth it for leased vehicles?
Definitely. Interior marks and stains are common reasons for end‑of‑lease penalties, and protection helps prevent these issues. It’s a cost‑effective way to avoid expensive return charges.
Do you need to clean the interior first?
Yes on used cars— the interior must be clean before protection is applied. We can complete a valet beforehand to ensure the surfaces are prepared properly.
Can you protect brand‑new interiors?
Absolutely. Protecting a new interior is the best way to keep it looking new for longer and maintain resale value.
